[READ ENTIRE POST FOR COMPLETE THEORY] Disclaimer: This is a theory that Taboo is Denzel Curry's next album that will be released May 13 and the theory is based off evidence and correlation that I discovered. There is a chance that Denzel is just releasing a song or video, but evidence shows that an album release is likely.

Denzel Curry posted two Instagram posts and a tweet with captions that reveal the possible date for his next album release. Though it has the possibility of just being a song or video release, there is evidence that points to the idea that Denzel is releasing an album. The first caption states "TA13OO", replacing the B with a thirteen. The second caption states "13.M.T", which translates to "B.M.T.", or "Black Metal Terrorist", which is something Denzel commonly calls himself. Denzel could've simply put "B.M.T." but instead put "13.M.T" which makes it seem to have a deeper meaning behind it. This caption possibly translates to 13th of May, Taboo, which would explain the "13" in that post and correlate it to his other posts and tweets. Denzel also tweeted three pictures with the caption "13", which correlates with his Instagram posts.

There seems to be a lot of debate as to whether this means he is releasing an album, a song, or a video. I have put together a theory, in regards to the one previously stated, that may link ideas together and clarify why I think this is an album release. The rumor of Denzel Curry dropping a new album began when he tweeted "TABOO WONT COME OUT UNTIL I CONSIDER IT PERFECT" on March 19 (https://twitter.com/RavenxMiyagi/status/843589849244418048). This tweet could only be used to assume what "Taboo" may be, since there was no further evidence as to whether it was an album, song, or video. Later, on April 5, Denzel posted a picture on his Instagram stating "To all my supporters. I'm excited to tell you that the next album is getting closer to what it suppose to sound like…However it will take some time for me to complete it because I want to make my message is clear as day. In the meantime I will be releasing music as soon as I can… my only request is to stay tuned to what's going on" (https://www.instagram.com/p/BShzuOfB8aW/?taken-by=denzelcurryph). These posts clearly sparked the idea that Taboo is Denzel's next album for several reasons. For one, Denzel's tweet stated that Taboo must be perfect before it is released, which correlates to his Instagram post stating that his album will take some time to complete because he wants to make his message clear, or possibly, he wants to "perfect" it. Considering he claims his album needs perfecting, and Taboo also, it can be theorized that Taboo is the album that he is perfecting. He continued to tweet about his upcoming album with tweets such as "This album is an even deeper self reflection on my life than imperial" (https://twitter.com/RavenxMiyagi/status/844195821142921217) and "The next album will be the return of my separate personalities...Aquarius'Killa Raven Miyagi Denny Cascade" (https://twitter.com/RavenxMiyagi/status/852231901465018369). Not only do these tweets hint that he may release an album soon, but they also reflect what his next album is about. Denzel explains how the album will be very personal and will reflect his separate personalities, which one can assume means he will discuss his life, thoughts, and opinions. If this is true, then one can link what his next album is about, to the definition of the word taboo. A taboo can be "a social or religious custom prohibiting or forbidding discussion of a particular practice or forbidding association with a particular person, place, or thing" or a "a social practice that is prohibited or restricted." Taboo can also describe something that is "designated as sacred and prohibited." Denzel Curry is known for personal songs that express ideas and ways of life that generally go against taboos and social customs that would seemingly be prohibited or restricted. If Denzel "self-reflects" then there is a high chance he will be discussing his controversial ways of life and thinking that go against many taboos. He may also mean that his upcoming album is a Taboo, or should be one, considering how personal and opinionated it is expected to be. Also, it can be assumed that Taboo is an album because Denzel describes how personal the album is. If one knows Denzel's personality and how he views his music, they can assume he probably finds his upcoming album to be "designated as sacred and prohibited." This is all a theory and it is up to you whether you interpret this the same or not. Hopefully Taboo is an album release, for more music from Denzel Curry is needed. ULT.

Shout out to everyone that came through especially Ab and T1! Even the merch guys were fucking with us. It was a perfect opportunity and we couldn't have taken the chance any better.

I don't know how many of you guys have seen Ab-Soul live or will ever get the chance to, so I wanted to share our show recap video with you guys. We got a lot of awesome footage of ourselves and Ab. Shout out to @faizonfilms (on ig) for capturing the evening and for the quick ass edit.

I wanted to give the biggest shout out to you guys here, though. Y'all blew up our pages and gave us nothing but nice words, great advice, and encouragement. It made a huge impression on us and gave us a huge confidence boost, which in-turn, helped us do what was probably our best performance to date. It means a lot that a collection of strangers on the internet showed us love because that's what it takes to be successful in the music industry. I really hope you guys enjoy the video I/we got from yesterday, I'm posting everything i have for y'all, so ignore me being a clown in my snapchat story, but there's great footage.
