I didn't find enough people talking about this, but the XXL List is quite easy to predict right now. The XXL HQ is in NYC, so all you have to do is look at rappers twitter/instagrams and see who is visiting NYC.

The XXL Mag twitter themselves tweeted this picture: https://twitter.com/XXL/status/856539382869831680 meaning X and Ski Mask the Slump God are both in the same place, and Ski is in Soho. Also with all the buzz he's been getting it would be crazy if he didn't make it

Famous Dex - https://twitter.com/FamousDex/status/856956703694360577 Simple enough. This also tells us that the rappers arrived at NYC 4 or so days ago, which is consistent with the other tweets

Playboi Carti - https://twitter.com/MetroBoomin/status/856623983017558020 Metro Boomin tweeted this, saying he's in NYC with Carti.

Ugly God - https://twitter.com/UglyGod/status/856700360836173824 He replied to a tweet saying someone saw him in Soho (NYC), confirming it.
