As Vice President of A＆R, I have the privilege of developing artists, while creating an artistic narrative on the production aspects of the music. I am able to share and translate that information to other producers looking to get placements here at Reach Records, or producer peers who are just looking to get placements anywhere.

As a record producer, I have gained the overlapping advantage within working in A＆R and producing. Working on various projects like Lil Wayne's Tha Carter V, I often see beyond the music production and analyze the project all the way through. I am passionate about helping people realize their creative potential, which is key in my role as A＆R. During my production deal, while working on tracks for Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj, I positioned myself not just as a beat-maker but as someone who was focused on enhancing sessions, seeing the songs through, and adding value to the room.

Creativity is more than just producing the beat or melody, it involves thinking like a project manager. Adding value to the song and solving problems for the artists in a way that grow their careers are key elements in the music business. I recently A＆R'd for Lecrae and Zaytoven's collaborative project, Let the Trap Say Amen, taking the approach of fighting for great hooks, while pushing for content and storytelling. My work as a producer helped me assist in this project when it came time to finding the right beats. I believe there is value in playing the background and my desire is to fuel more creatives to become what 40 is to Drake.
