I've been working on a 1400+ song playlist since 2013. Thought some of you might enjoy it.

Posted: 10 Feb 2017 01:30 PM PST

https://open.spotify.com/user/1266016192/playlist/6M4QTJDH5pg3x5q0ggIac9

I've been gradually adding songs to this playlist now since 2013. A bunch of my friends bump it and I figured I would share it with you guys.

I would say I add an average of about 20 songs a week. On slow music weeks I'll usually go back and add songs i've missed or dive into the 80's-90's

I'm a ginormous Weeknd stan so his whole discography is featured on this playlist. A large amount of mainstream hip-hop like Drake, Kendrick, Kanye, Travis ETC..

Also a pretty big Future stan so there's probably 100+ Future related songs.

I'm from Texas so there's a good amount of Houston rap. UGK, Z-Ro, Keke, Thug, Paul Wall ETC. Pretty big fan of southern rap in general so a-lot of Outkast, Big Krit, Yelawolf, Kevin Gates.

There's a large amount of trap music. As I said earlier a shit ton of Future but also a good amount of Gucci, Thugger, Juicy J and Three Six, I think the entire Culture album made it on the playlist.

TDE is pretty well represented. Almost all of Kendricks discography because it's so damn good, also almost all of Q's. Ab-Soul hasn't really been doing it for me lately but there's a lot of Longterm Mentality and Control System. Really fucked with 90059 so a good amount of Rock and almost all of Isiah's discography.

Pop is the only genre other than hip-hop that's on the playlist. Some Selena Gomez because she's dope, some Bugatti Beibs, Justin Timberlake, Frank and Anderson Paak if you consider them pop. Already said you'll find every Weeknd song on here, some Lana Del Rey too because she's dope af.

I was in a pretty interesting OFWGKTA phase in my high school years. Not that I looked like a potential school shooter, I just fucked with their music. So there's a good amount of Tyler and Earl.

MBDTF is the best album of all time so that entire album is on here.... pretty much Kanye's entire discography is on here now that I think about it.

I've really been fucking with the Grime takeover so there's a good amount of popular grime. Shit like Giggs, Wiley, Skepta (loved Konichiwa), JME. Haven't really explored the more underground Grime scene but definitely intend to look into it.

As far as the new Twitter generation of rappers, I can't for the life of me get into it. There's maybe two 21 Savage songs (X and Heartless), small amount of Uzi. Erase Your Social is straight up one of the worst songs I have ever heard. A couple Kodak songs. Minnesota and 1 Night are the only Yachty songs to make it.

There is some tracks from the 90's but honestly, I just don't fuck with 90's rap that much. It's probably because I had to introduce myself to hip-hop because my dad was into Alt Rock so I grew up on mid 2000's. Every time I try to get into some 90's shit it doesnt work. There is some Pac and Biggie. Some old Snoop and NWA.

Speaking of the early-mid 2000's. A bunch of Nas, Jay-Z, Em. A shit ton of Wayne because mid 2000's wayne was untouchable. Some T.I. And Ludacris. Pretty much everyone featured on Swagger Like Us AKA the mid 2000's hip-hop all-star roster.

As far as some of the newer albums. Already said all of Culture made it, great album. A good amount of Stoney because I gotta rep the Dallas kid. I fucking loved RTJ3 so you'll find that on there. Disappointed as hell in 4 Your Eyez Only but there's some tracks on there. Don't Smoke Rock is one of my favorite projects from 2016 almost that whole album is on there. Wasn't really feeling DWTW but there's some tracks. Thought I Decided was decent about half of the album made the cut. Migos feature on Sacrifices is already best of the year, Em's on No Favors already the worst. Really fucked with Syd's album so you'll find that on there.

Feel free to follow the playlist. I feel like there's something for everyone on this sub.
