TL,DR Los and Kendrick were paralell up until 2010. What's they do different??

Los. Fucking King Los. The mixtape "Zero Gravity" defined my senior year, like the Carter 3 did for others at that time. I thought Los and Kendrick were going to be battling it out for King of hip hop 2020. Their lyrics (metaphors and wordplay) and flow were levels ahead of everyone else over freestyle beats, the sound of 2010-2012 .

K.dot evolved into Kendrick Lamar. He linked with the right crew and Black Hippy took off. (Obviously, and i thought absoul was gonna just run shit, so I was still pretty off)

Los evolved into King Los, and didn't build a crew.

I love hip hop, and one of my favorite parts about observing the current stream lyrical rhythms over the past 10 years is seeing how a lyricist evolves. Obviously Kendrick out evolved the jabroni out of Los, but what was the split?

What's the difference between 2 incredible lyricist over already made beats? Even if you don't agree with my 2010 prediction, what do you think makes a unique lyricist vs an artist??
