[Discussion] Who are the next artists to blow in 2020?

My top 3 are:

1) Baby Keem - This one's obvious as he's been blowing up the second half of 2019. There's speculation that he is kendrick lamar's biological cousin (though not proven) & has a potential drake collab in the works. But, the past few months, he's had a drake cosign (who's been on IG live with him & popped out at one of his LA concerts), and a dinner with Jay Z. He's also tight with some of the most talented producers in the game such as Cardo (who has produced for travis & other huge rappers), and has an extremely diverse flow.

2) Don Toliver - Don released an extremely solid album and with his placements on Travis Scott's discography, I wouldn't be surprised if he becomes huge. He was the biggest star from the Jack Boys album.

3) Octavian - he's currently buzzing in the UK, but he definitely has potential to become huge here in America. UK trap is currently buzzing all over New York (Pop Smoke, Sheff G), and could have a large presence in hiphop in 2020.

4)Honorable Mention: Pop Smoke: currently the leader of the new NY wave, he dropped 2 of the biggest hits of the year that was buzzing all over NY and across America. Also seems to have something in the works with Bobby Shmurda and Quavo.

If you're looking for a recommendation give a description/music link/artist so that other people will know what you want.

Example: I want to hear an artist that sounds like old Kanye (you can get more specific but that's enough imo). And then someone will respond with X, Y, and Z

You can also recommend an artist/project/scene

Example: You guys should check out DJ Mustard's mixtape Ketchup RIYL (recommended if you like) post-hyphy and minimalistic west coast beats.

Remember, the point of this thread is to share music, try not to post stuff that's already really popular unless it answers someone's question.

Also the more descriptive you guys are with your posts the easier it is to help you find what you want, just stating an artists name isn't that helpful since you might only like one specific aspect of that artist's music.

Damon Dash Accused of Sexual Battery in $50 Million Lawsuit: Photographer Monique Bunn says Dash of sexually assaulted her at his residence

A photographer is accusing music producer Damon Dash, who co-founded Roc-A-Fella records with Jay-Z and Kareem "Biggs" Burke, of sexually assaulting her in a $50 million lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court Thursday.

In the complaint obtained by TheWrap, Monique Bunn, a photographer known for her work shooting hip-hop artists, says that Dash hired her in April to do a photo shoot for his fashion company, Poppington, in association with his Damon Dash Studios.

On April 18, after the first day of shooting, Bunn says she went back to the shared residence of Dash and his partner Raquel Horn. "Upon arriving at the Dash residence, Bunn was informed that she was staying in Dash's daughter's room," according to the filing.

Later that night, Bunn says she was woken up by Dash, who had "placed his hand on Bunn's breasts" and other areas of her body.

"While Bunn was sleeping, Dash approached Bunn and placed his hand on Bunn's breasts and placed hands/fingers on Bunn's buttocks. Dash did not have the permission or consent to touch Bunn's sexual organs," the filing states. "Dash was wearing a robe and had no underwear on. Dash had been drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana all day."

A rep for Dash did not immediately respond to TheWrap's request for comment.

Bunn's attorney, Christopher Brown, said that "Ms. Bunn looks forward to having a jury decide the litigation" in a statement to TheWrap Thursday.

The complaint continues that "Bunn was able to get Dash's hands off her breasts and buttocks," and that Bunn told Dash that she would "fight" him. Dash then left the room. Bunn says remained in Dash's house and "did not sleep that evening."

Bunn also accuses Dash of falsely claiming that he had "a deal with WETV" to make a docuseries based around Bunn's life in order to "keep Bunn silent" about the assault.

Horn is also named in the complaint, along with Dash, Poppington LLC and Damon Dash Studios, who she together accuses of theft by conversion and negligent emotional distress.

Bunn says that several of her belongings were never returned to her after the shoot, including photographs of celebrities including Mary J. Blige, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Queen Latifah, MC Lyte, Mase, Quincy Jones, Teddy Riley, Lil Kim, The Fugees, Missy Elliot, Xscape, Lenny Kravitz, Lyor Cohen, Russell Simmons, Lauryn Hill, KRS One, Outkast, LL Cool J, Q-Tip, The Beatles and President George Bush.
